Excellent breakfast with a lot of food. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Favourable location, just a walk down to everywhere.

This hotel is conveniently located in the north Cincinnati area, close to many great restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with a nice kitchenette and smart TVs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job keeping everything clean and sparkly.

The drawers in the bedroom furniture were broken, which needs to be addressed by the management.

The value for money was great, and the room was pleasant with a convenient kitchen. The location was ideal, and the staff provided excellent service.

Spotlessly clean and fairly quiet room and a very comfy bed. Marvellous location in downtown Cincinnati, and separate bedrooms. Also - really close to the Township and other restaurants and many attractions.

During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I experienced fantastic customer service. The check-in process was quick and easy, thanks to the friendly Andrew. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text shortly after check-in, asking about my room satisfaction. When I needed an extra towel and some ice, Andrew promptly took care of it. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had a great night's sleep without any disturbances. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, with fresh towels available. The gym was spacious and well-maintained. In the morning, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The staff in the kitchen went above and beyond to assist when my son had a spill. I had a wonderful experience with Residence Inn and highly recommend it.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Room had a kitchen with one working burner. Pleasantly surprised by pet-friendly atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and a big plus for allowing dogs.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently situated near several nice restaurants and shopping options in the West Chester area. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the delicious and filling breakfast provided each morning. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The room layout was spacious and well-decorated. The bedding was comfortable. The large fridge and dishwasher in the room were convenient. The pool and spa were enjoyable. The breakfast area had a good selection and the staff was friendly. The real cups, glasses, and flatware added a nice touch.
